On Saturday the 2nd of November the Archpriest Canon. Reuben Micallef led the pilgrimage from the parish square to the cemetery. The pilgrimage left the main square at 5. 00 p.m. and arrived at the cemetery at about 5.30 p.m. when Mass was celebrated. Canon Cantor Carmelo Cini and Fr Geoffrey Attard concelebrated. During his homily, the parish priest spoke about the importance for praying for the holy souls who cannot pray for their own intentions and for strengthening our bonds with them through prayer.
