Beginning of Lent
Wednesday the 14th of February was Ash Wednesday. Archpriest Canon Reuben Micallef celebrated the Ash Wednesday Liturgy during which ash is distributed on the forehead of the faithful. It is a time for prayer, penance and charity. Spiritual Exercises for everybody The Spiritual Exercises for everybody are taking place from Monday the 26th of February to Friday the 2nd of March. The preacher is Fr Victor Zammit MSSP. Spiritual Exercises for Married couples From Monday the 5th of March to Friday the 9th of March Fr Victor Zammit MSSP will be delivering the Spiritual Exercises for Married couples at 7.00 pm. in the Parish Centre. Spiritual Exercises for Adolescents and Youth Fr Victor Zammit MSSP will be delivering the Spiritual Exercises for Adolescents and youth from Wednesday the 14th to Friday the 16th of March at 6.45 p.m. They will take place in the Hall of the Parish Centre. Pilgrimate to Ta’ Pinu On the Third Sunday of Lent this year being on the 4th of March, the pilgrimage to the Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary will take place.
