A live-in for the youth of the parish between the age of fourteen to sixteen was organized at the MAS headquarters in Ghajnsielem, next to the Gozo Press premises; this was the first live-in of its kind. The live-in began on Monday the 4th of January and ended on Wednesday the 6th. About twenty-two youths participated. The youths were accompanied by the Parish Priest Rev. Can. Reuben Micallef, Fr. Geoffrey Attard, Deacon Noel Debono and Seminarian Joseph Attard. Various activities were organized. Mr. Mario Saliba of Gharb delivered a short presentation about Martial Arts. Archpriest Fr. Rueben Micallef organized a couple of educational games which helped to strengthen the dynamics of the group. The youth were also taken to Ramla bay on the last day for moment of relaxation and a walk from Ghajnsielem to Mgarr through the precincts of Chambray was organized. On the whole, it was a positive experience.
